Martin Chong Teik Siang is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Pharos Asset Management Pte. Ltd., bringing over 28 years of experience across asset management, private wealth, family offices, and institutional financial services in Asia. Throughout his distinguished career, he has advised high-net-worth families, financial institutions, and institutional investors, developing deep expertise in investment solutions, strategic business development, and cross-border wealth management. Prior to joining Pharos, Martin held senior leadership roles within a Singapore single-family office and Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd, where he successfully spearheaded regional growth, investment platform development, and strategic partnerships across ASEAN.

In his role as CEO, Martin leads Pharos' strategic growth, regulatory alignment, and regional expansion across Asia. He brings deep, end-to-end expertise across the investment lifecycle, specializing in the structuring and distribution of ETFs, mutual funds, discretionary mandates, and VCC structures. Complementing his Bachelor of Science, Agri-business (Honours) from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Martin holds specialized credentials from the Wealth Management Institute (Trust Services & Family Office) and SMU (Digital Assets & Blockchain Technology), alongside training in Advanced AI Development. 

Nicole is the Founder and Executive Director and she is responsible for the overall management and strategic development of Pharos.
Nicole has started her financial career with OCBC Singapore. She was responsible for acquisition of high net worth individuals from China.
Nicole was headhunted to a single family office, Global Frontier Asset Management in 2018 as the CEO. She managed the family investment portfolio with Asian equities and global mutual funds.
